“Says venue won’t be serving alcohol this week.”

One thing I can say about TRND is that whatever the obstacle, we are going to figure out a way to get it done. Chalk it up to too many theatre kids on our team but “The show must go on”.

The TRND SPOOKEASY was our take on a halloween party this year. Walking up the stairs , the coffee shop front of our favorite club seems closed. Dark and desolate, you really wouldn’t know there’s a party going on until you make it to the open window. A young man in a Burgundy suit sits behind the counter, and after asking you if you have a mask and the password, lets you into an ominous secret door covered in cobwebs . You’ve just walked into our favorite club “AMPERSAND”, Fort Worth’s speakeasy themed nightclub, providing top-tier bottle service and a “lowkey” vibe. Everyone feels like somebody here, and it feels great. Even without alcohol over 125 people came in (not all at once of course we are in a pandemic) to enjoy incredible acts such as “morning buzz”, “Averi Burk” who gave us a couple unreleased singles,”Taka$”, “JaeBoy”, “Roane”, “Megan Elaine”, and “SPCMN”.
